Con motivo de celebración del 8 de Marzo, día internacional de la mujer trabajadora, HamRadioDx.es organiza este diploma a 1 solo contacto el sábado 9 de Marzo por la mañana en las bandas de 40 y 20m para los modos de SSB y FT8. Todos las estaciones que contacten con la estación EA7KGJ, tendrán que enviar un mail a la dirección de correo: montevive@hotmail.com indicando fecha, hora y banda de contacto y su indicativo para que les envíe su Diploma correspondiente.
Los nombres de las mujeres se han eliminado de muchas disciplinas durante siglos. También de la radioafición. Pero el investigador Tomás Manuel Abeigón dio este año con la primera gallega que transmitió por la radio amateur. Es de Sarria y se llamaba Herminia Ramírez Tornos. Antes de la Guerra Civil, esta sarriana muy entendida en la tecnología de la época empleaba la estación de su tío, Joaquín Ramírez, el primer radioaficionado de Sarria.
